On behalf of our client, we are currently hiring for a position as detailed below: UI/UX Designer (Financial Industry | ASAP | WFO South Jakarta)
Job Description:
- Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered interfaces for both web and mobile financial platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance product experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design system components using Figma.
- Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design (experience with mobile and web platforms preferred).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Familiar with usability testing, user research, and wireframing techniques.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Creative and have a problem-solving mindset.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design systems.
