Site Coordinator

Balikpapan Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Mechanical Level II certification is preferred.
• Domiciled in Balikpapan or willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas (K3S) industry.
• Previous experience working at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) is highly preferred.
• Experienced in manpower coordination and supervision.
• Proficient in project planning and scheduling using: S-Curve (Kurva S),Microsoft Project,Primavera
• Able to read and interpret P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram).
• Experienced in contract review and preparing Contract Compliance Checklists.
• Able to prepare and manage project documentation, including: Daily Reports,Minutes of Meeting (MoM),Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) documentation,Project Schedules
• Good understanding of the HSE Management System and its implementation in project activities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, including: daily communication
• Email correspondence & Field coordination
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients, principals, and internal stakeholders.
• Able to organize, coordinate, and ensure project activities are executed according to schedule and operational plans.
