• Skilled in candidate sourcing across JobStreet, LinkedIn, and local networks
• Ability to independently screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Good English & Indonesian communication skills
• Organized, target-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open positions
• Equipped with a laptop & reliable internet setup
