ENGINEERING STAFF

Location: VIVRE Group, Bali Department: Operational

At VIVRE Group, we believe that great experiences start with well-maintained spaces and reliable facilities. We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Engineering Staff to help keep our facilities, equipment, and engineering systems running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building facilities and engineering equipment.
• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and maintain generators, pumps, compressors, and other engineering equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
• Maintain maintenance records, tools, spare parts inventory, and workshop cleanliness.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company SOPs and occupational health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments and external vendors when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an Engineering Staff or similar role.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with engineering tools, equipment maintenance, and workplace safety (K3).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining safety and service standards.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational needs.
