System Analayst

Contract based - placement Banking and insurance About the Role We are looking for a System Analyst to analyze, design, and support IT solutions for banking applications. This role will work closely with Business Analysts/Business Users, Developers, QA, and other technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system/technical requirements.
• Design system flows, integration flows, and technical solutions based on business needs.
• Prepare technical documentation such as FSD/TSD, system specifications, UML, and flow diagrams.
• Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.
• Work closely with Developers to clarify requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate with QA and support SIT/UAT, including issue analysis and resolution.
• Support API/system integration and production implementation.
• Ensure developed solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a System Analyst / Technical Analyst.
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of System Analysis, SDLC, and software development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of API, database, and system integration.
• Experience creating FSD/TSD, UML, system flow, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
