Supervisor Application Developer .Net

Develop applications according to client needs / technical spec.

Conduct a code review on what has been done by the team members

Accompany, provide instructions and conduct testing for work that is given to team members

Handling questions / constraints on UAT findings and support until changes are installed in production

Assist system analyst in conducting impact analysis on changes made

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information System with GPA > 3.00

Must have experience on the same position for more than 2 years (Senior Developer or Developer Supervisor/Teamlead)

In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools

Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles

Must have experience with .NET, ASP .NET, C# .NET, SQL Server

Have experience leading a developer team is preferable

Strong passion on IT industry

Understand OOP Concepts is preferred

A team player with excellent communication skills

Self-motivated and good attitude

Have curiosity to explore and learn new things
