Professionals in TPI are involved in live engagements from the outset, contributing to analysis, execution and client deliverables in coordination with colleagues across the firm. The platform is designed to provide meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership and long-term growth in a high-performance environment. The Commercial Strategy team is responsible for optimizing the firm’s go-to-market strategy, commercial operations and business development infrastructure. The team partners closely with firm leadership and practice leaders to drive revenue growth, enhance client engagement, improve pipeline visibility and strengthen decision-making through technology, data and process optimization. By leveraging platforms such as Intapp DealCloud and related business systems, the Commercial Strategy team delivers scalable solutions that improve collaboration, increase operational efficiency and support the firm’s continued expansion. The Vice President, Pipeline is responsible for the firm's pipeline discipline within the Commercial Enablement (CE) function. Reporting to the local Head of CE, the Vice President, Pipeline will own the opportunity pipeline integrity and the pipeline review rigor across industry verticals. This role institutionalizes pipeline discipline: how opportunities are staged, reviewed and forecast and how risk and aging are surfaced and acted on. This Vice President will turn pipeline data into reliable commercial intelligence for Practice Line Leaders (PLLs) and firm leadership. Success is measured by forecast reliability and the degree to which firm leadership relies on the pipeline as a single source of truth for commercial performance.

Responsibilities Partner with senior team members across all practice lines to strategically embed pipeline discipline into firm's commercial cadence

Own pipeline standards and hygiene, including stage definitions, probability discipline and required data at each stage

Run pipeline reviews with clarity and accountability, ensuring no opportunity drifts without commentary or next steps

Track opportunity aging, conversion ratios, stage velocity and forecast accuracy

Surface pipeline risk signals and data gaps for escalation to the relevant owners

Produce pipeline dashboards and forecast reporting on a defined cadence for practice line and firm leadership

Translate pipeline data into actionable commercial intelligence on performance, risk and opportunity

Support board-level reporting preparation and ensure pipeline figures are verified with PLLs and opportunity owners

Coordinate with the Intapp DealCloud Product Manager ensuring pipeline workflows and reporting are well supported by firm systems

Support business development efforts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Share and manage best practices as well as lead internal trainings where required

Support talent acquisition and firm development efforts

Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program required

Willing to relocate to or be primarily present in Gurgaon

Six plus years in sales operations, revenue operations, pipeline management or a related commercial discipline

Demonstrated experience running pipeline reviews and forecasting for a senior audience

Experience operating within professional services, consulting, investment banking or private equity environments (preferably serving U.S. clients)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate pipeline data into commercial insight

Experience within the middle market private equity and advisory ecosystem is preferred

Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Intapp DealCloud

Exposure to revenue analytics and forecast governance is preferred

Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills

Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams

High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership mindset

Track record of success in high-pressure environments
