Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science.
  • Have a good knowledge of basic network concepts.
  • Having a good knowledge of hardware, software, and server system.
  • Have experience in handling network and computer troubleshooting.
  • Have a good knowledge of Linux.
  • Able to shifting of work.

Job Descriptions:

  • As a first layer, you will be serving requests, questions, and complaints from customers.
  • Monitoring the application system of web-based and desktop-based.
  • Monitoring the traffic of the network.
  • Monitoring and handling problems related to the fraud detection system and periodic tasks.
  • Troubleshooting pc/laptop, system, and network.
