Job Details: Contract Duration: 1 year (start on2 Nov 26)
Location: Novena
Working Days & Hours: Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Descriptions: Employer Branding (EB) Assist in the development and rollout of Employer Branding guidelines, messaging frameworks, and curating EB collaterals and publicity content for integrated campaigns.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to develop outreach materials, and ensure consistency across all visuals and communications.
Conduct research and analyse employer branding data, survey results, competitor practices, and employee feedback to generate insights, prepare management reports, and inform employer branding strategies.
Employee Experience (EX) Support the coordination of key employee experience programmes, including the planning of the CPFB Champions Employee Advocacy Programme, cross-sector networking events, and management meetings, as well as other internal engagement activities that might be required.
Curate regular newsletters to amplify key EX messages
Content Creation & Social Media Management Conceptualise, develop, and curate engaging content across CPF Board's LinkedIn & Glassdoor pages, bringing to life our culture, values, and employee stories.
Monitor and manage social media channels including analysing of social media metrics
Design, Photography, Videography, & Administrative Support
Produce design and video assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva and CapCut to support branding and engagement activities.
Provide support on administrative and ad-hoc projects and awards application for the EBEX team
Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Branding, Human Resources, Business, Mass Communications, or a related discipline.
1 to 3 years of experience in employer branding, corporate communications, marketing, employee engagement, social media management, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging content for different audiences and platforms.
Experience in content creation, copywriting, social media management, and digital communications.
Proficient in design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, or equivalent platforms.
