Global Market Development Manager (Electronics):

To identify new market opportunities, develop growth strategies, and accelerate customer adoption of innovative product solutions globally. Work closely with Global Sales, Product Management, and cross-functional teams to identify high-potential opportunities, understand market trends and customer needs, develop compelling value propositions, and translate successful applications into scalable global growth.  Key responsibilities include: Identify and prioritize high-value market and application opportunities.

Develop strategies to grow key accounts and expand market penetration.

Validate new business opportunities and support global sales teams in driving customer adoption.

Conduct TAM/SAM, market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Partner with Product Line Managers to support innovation and new product development.

Build strong relationships with strategic customers, industry influencers, and associations.

Develop value propositions, application solutions, leads, samples, and commercial selling tools.

Serve as the global market expert for the Electronics segment.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering / MBA is an advantage. 5+ years of strong business and market development skills, as well as experience in electronics. Experience in datacenters would be a significant advantage. Experience in Consumer Electronics, Wearables, Data Centers, or Fiber Optics is an advantage. Strong commercial track record with proven business growth results. Excellent strategic thinking, market analysis, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. A highly energetic, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth.
