Associate Marketing Manager
We’re Outside Ideas, and we’re looking for a brilliant Associate Marketing Manager based in Kenya to join our international team.
You’ll work with UK B2B clients and help them generate more leads through smart, well-executed marketing.
We’ll give you the strategy, support and direction.
Your job is to make it happen.
You’ll be involved in things like:
Email campaigns
Social media
Outbound marketing
Prospect research
Copywriting
Content creation
AI
Design
Video
You’ll need at least 2 years’ marketing experience, excellent written English, strong Canva skills and a good understanding of how marketing connects to sales.
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Linked Helper and GoHighLevel is a bonus.
You won’t know everything on day one. Neither did we.
But you will need to be bright, curious, hardworking and willing to learn quickly.
We’re looking for someone who gets stuck in.
Someone who takes ownership.
Someone who does what they say they’re going to do.
Someone who wants to become bloody good at what they do.

One important thing...
You’ll work 8:30am–5:30pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
That means working later in the day in Kenya, so please make sure those hours genuinely work for you.
