About the Team You will lead a team of 4 recruiters, each embedded in key areas of the business. The team spans the US and Czechia, so a Global mindset and ability to lead across multiple time zones is essential. This is a highly functioning group of individuals with a passion for finding the best talent for the leaders they support. Reporting to the Global Head of Recruiting, you will also partner closely with the other recruiting leaders to maintain a consistent leadership approach for the organization. You will coach and develop your team, foster a culture of accountability, and be the connective tissue between your team and the business. The Role We are seeking an experienced Manager to serve as the strategic talent leader supporting Product, Design, Engineering, Support, Security (PDESS), and G&A functions. You'll lead the full recruiting strategy for these organizations, while driving hiring velocity, pipeline health and an exceptional candidate experience. This role will be working closely with the business executives to ensure we are not only following an efficient and scalable process but also hiring the right talent for the team(s). You will be responsible for maintaining and innovating the appropriate recruitment strategy to attract and hire across all levels of the organization. In this role you will manage and coach a team of Global recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high performing culture. We're looking for someone who's genuinely curious about how AI can make recruiting smarter, faster, and more human.

Location: Remote (US), ET preferred. Hybrid available for candidates based in Seattle or Atlanta. This role manages a distributed team across US time zones (PT, CT, ET) and a team member based in Prague.

Your Daily Adventures will Include: Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing recruiting team focused on collaboration, innovation and scalability

Collaborate with globally distributed hiring teams to understand their hiring needs and deliver on goals

Clearly define, track and report on recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process, and areas for improvement

Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Strong partnership with HR, Finance, Compensation and other departments to ensure alignment on hiring strategy

Partner with executives and hiring leaders to create strategy for talent pipelines, hiring, employment branding and diversity

Our Vision of You: 6+ years of Recruiting experience, supporting a global technical organization

2+ years of Recruiting leadership experience

Proven track record managing a Globally distributed team of strong, experienced Recruiters

Expertise in the current talent market, specifically across US and EMEA markets

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and easily adapt to changing priorities

Focus on operational excellence, metrics and reporting to glean insights and make improvements

Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging recruiting technologies

Ability to make decisions to best support the team, organization and company as a whole

Strong moral compass and sound judgment
