Your tasks
We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Tender Engineer to join our construction company and support tendering and procurement for mega projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs
- Prepare pre-qualification documents and tender submissions
- Send RFQs and prepare technical and commercial comparisons
- Support cost estimation and tender pricing
- Prepare procurement plans aligned with the project schedule
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors and issue POs and subcontracts
- Follow up on material approvals and deliveries to site
- Maintain an approved vendor and subcontractor database
- Prepare tender and procurement status reports
Requirements
- Training and career growth
- • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Structural Engineering only
- • 3 to 10 years of experience in procurement and tendering
- • Proven experience in mega construction projects
- • Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- • Advanced MS Excel; ERP systems (SAP/Odoo) are a plus
- • Strong negotiation and communication skills
- • Very good command of English
