Family Law Solicitor Swansea | 2-10 PQE Hybrid Working (2 days in office) Tier 1 Legal 500 Firm | Salary up to £65+ (Dependent on experience)

Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor looking to join a respected specialist practice where your expertise is valued and your professional growth is actively supported? You'll manage a diverse and rewarding caseload, working alongside approachable, experienced professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional client care.

What you’ll be doing: Managing your own caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and private children work Advising clients with empathy and clarity through sensitive and often complex situations Handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including negotiation and representation where required Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts

About you: Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE in family law Strong experience across a range of family matters Confident managing your own caseload independently Excellent client care skills with a compassionate and professional approach Highly organised with strong attention to detail A proactive and collaborative mindset
