Your tasks
Key Responsibilities This role is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to support the business and customers across a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Providing technical advice on telecommunications systems.
- Installing, programming, testing, repairing, and servicing a variety of security systems and equipment.
- Reading blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conducting site surveys to identify customer needs and mobilize existing technology to meet their criteria.
- Responding promptly to service calls, performing diagnostics and repairs on-site.
- Providing technical support and training to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborating with project teams to coordinate project execution and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
What You?ll Need:
- Strong customer focus with the ability to work under pressure.
- Technical expertise in electronic security systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Self-starter attitude with solid mechanical and electrical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
- Relevant diploma in Electronics or Electrical experience is preferred, and industry-specific certifications are a plus.
