IE Supervisor

- Lead and supervise the Industrial Engineering team, including
manpower planning, task assignment, performance management, and team development.
- Develop and optimize production processes, line layout,
manpower allocation, and production capacity to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct time study, line balancing, capacity analysis, and
standard manpower calculation.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),
Standard Work, cycle time, UPH, and other...
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering,
Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in
electronics, EMS, automotive, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination
skills.
- Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with
IE/manufacturing software is a plus. •...
