Senior Consultant Therapist

Job Responsibilities:

Consultation & Sales Conversion

• Conduct client consultations to understand treatment goals, concerns, and progress, and recommend suitable treatment plans and service options.
• Recommend appropriate products, ampoules, add-on treatments, and service packages based on client needs and business objectives.
• Drive sales conversion through professional consultation, client education, and effective follow-up.

Treatment Delivery & Client Relationship Management

• Deliver approved Mumsrelle treatments while maintaining high service quality and client care standards.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' treatment progress, providing personalized guidance and aftercare recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Team Support & Knowledge Sharing

• Support junior team members by sharing treatment knowledge, product knowledge, consultation techniques, and sales best practices.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve service quality, client experience, and outlet performance.

Record Management & Compliance

• Maintain accurate consultation notes, treatment records, client updates, and follow-up information.
• Stay updated on industry trends, treatment knowledge, and product information to enhance consultation effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, hygiene requirements, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a slimming consultant providing slimming treatment or making sales approaches in the slimming industry.
• Experienced with operating Indiba's machines to provide slimming treatments.
• Positive track records of achieving sales targets in the slimming industry.
• Possesses a Bachelor Degree in any disciplines.
