Our client is a leading premium stone solutions provider in Singapore, specializing in natural stone, engineered quartz, porcelain surfaces, fabrication, and installation services. They are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support their Sales team on the smooth execution of projects and customer orders. Support the Sales team with  quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and delivery summaries .

Handle customer enquiries and provide  after-sales support , including follow-ups on work orders, samples, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with  production and warehouse teams  on stock availability, order processing, and fulfillment.

Monitor  order status, inventory movement, and delivery schedules .

Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange site deliveries and resolve delivery issues.

Support project teams with  material submissions, site documentation, samples, mock-ups, and site measurements  where required.

Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or project admin, referably in construction, interior design, or marble, granite, quartz, sintered stone, or tile products is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of AutoCAD or photoshop is a plus.
