Director of Digital Transformation & Growth

We’re looking for a visionary leader to drive the digital transformation and growth of our group of companies. This is more than a digital marketing role—it’s an opportunity to shape digital strategy, launch new digital ventures, implement AI solutions, and build scalable digital experiences across multiple brands

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the digital strategy and growth across multiple brands.
• Driving AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Overseeing websites, digital platforms, and customer experience.
• Launching innovative digital products and new business ventures.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver measurable business impact.

We’re looking for someone who has:

✅ 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Digital Strategy, Growth, Product Management, or E-commerce. ✅ Strong knowledge of AI, CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation, SEO, and Digital Platforms. ✅ Experience leading digital initiatives and managing cross-functional projects. ✅ Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills. ✅ Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
