Shipping Officer (12-month Contract)

Role Objectives:
- Ensure arranged shipments meet on time shipping schedule
- Ensure payment documents are issued to banks/customer on time
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, third-party-logistics, distribution centers and logistics team to solve shipping issues in different countries

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the shipping field
- Familiar with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel
- Able to work independently, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Good command of English language
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is highly preferred.
