Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria , responsible for developing and executing the academy’s social media strategy. This role involves managing social media accounts, planning content calendars, and creating engaging posts that reflect the academy’s brand and values. The Social Media Manager will monitor and optimize performance across platforms, respond to comments and messages, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to highlight programs, events, and achievements. Day-to-day tasks include content planning and writing, coordinating visual assets, tracking analytics, and ensuring consistent, professional communication with the online community. The role also includes staying current with social media trends and recommending improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Work Conditions: From 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

2 Days off.

Work From Office: our head office at Tharwat-Tram Station (Omar Afandy building).

Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.

Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.

Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with organizational goals and brand identity.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting to guide data-driven decisions.

Prior experience in education or similar sectors is beneficial, with sensitivity to diverse cultural and age groups.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.

Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
