Painting Supervisor

1. Supervise daily painting production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
2. Control painting process operations including pretreatment, coating, curing, and inspection processes
3. Monitor paint quality and analyze defects such as dust, sagging, orange peel, scratches, and color variation
4. Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and related departments to solve process and quality issues
5. Supervise manpower allocation and ensure efficient workforce utilization
6. Monitor machine, robot painting systems, and painting equipment conditions to support stable production operations
7. Follow up production performance, downtime, rejection rate, and process efficiency
8. Support new model trial and painting process improvement activities
9. Implement and support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and cost reduction
10. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations in painting operations
11. Prepare daily production reports and summarize operational issues for management

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related fields At least 3–5 years of experience in painting process or paint shop operations in manufacturing industries Experience in automotive paint shop operations will be an advantage Knowledge of painting systems, coating processes, and paint defect analysis Experience with robot painting systems or automated painting equipment is preferred Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Able to work under pressure and manage production targets Good command of English; Chinese language ability will be an advantage Able to work in shifts and overtime when required
