TPM Engineer (Total Productive Maintenance)

-Act as a leader or coordinator for TPM pillars -Monitor machine loss data such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and support loss reduction activities -Collect and analyze downtime data, maintenance history, and machine performance -Present weekly/monthly maintenance reports and propose improvement plans -Develop and update standard documents such as Work Instructions, PM Checklists, and troubleshooting manuals -Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare related documentation -Maintain and record machine history data -Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to improve machine reliability and safety -Support training for operators and technicians on basic machine care and TPM activities -Support shopfloor staff in implementing AM Steps 1-4 (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, and Standardization)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Strong understanding of TPM system requirements and methodologies Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) plans Analyze and troubleshoot machine issues (both mechanical and electrical), and define permanent countermeasures
