A Product Support Manager is critical for success by supporting the service group through the alignment and standardization of service practices across dealership operations, yard/shop locations, and vendor partnerships. This role strengthens relationships, drives consistency, and supports equipment reliability and uptime by partnering with service teams, dealership contacts, and operational leadership. Critical for success are strong notation, conflict resolution, project management skills.

What it takes:

Associates Degree in Business or related field & 5+ years experience in fleet maintenance or an equivalent complication

Proven experience managing third party vendors

Knowledge or preventative maintenance programs

Experience working with OEM and equipment service providers (desired)

Experience with equipment maintenance programs (desired)

Up to 80% travel required.
