Description
- Plan and coordinate freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with clients and partners in both English and French to manage logistics requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain and update records of shipments and related documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise freight processes and improve efficiency.
- Report on freight operations and suggest improvements where necessary.
Profile
A successful French Speaking Customer Service Administrator should have:
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in freight planning, logistics, or a related role within the transport and distribution industry.
