Report to: Senior District Manager, North - Fertility BU

Your Roles:

  • Drive sustainable performance growth and market share for the Fertility portfolio by building deep, long-term partnerships with priority IVF centers, hospitals, and private clinics.
  • Lead account-based execution (KAM 2.0) by translating brand strategy into account plans, coordinating cross-functional actions with Marketing and Medical, and...
  • Bachelor of Pharmacist / Doctor
  • At least 3–5 years of proven field commercial experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales; experience in specialty care and/or hospital channel is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of account management: account segmentation, stakeholder mapping, account planning, objective setting, execution tracking.
