What You'll Do Fulfill prescription orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized compounding area.

Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of compounded medications to patients.

Assist in maintaining inventory levels of compounding materials and supplies.

Adhere to all regulatory requirements, standards, state regulations, and pharmacy policies.

Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Current Technician Registration in Good Standing with applicable board of pharmacy

Active State Pharmacy Technician License or certification as required in the state.

Compounding experience required

Ability to operate computer and laboratory equipment

Detail Oriented

Strong organizational skills

Self-motivated

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work as part of a team

Experience in a fast pace working environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards

Detail-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a team to achieve goals around safety, quality, and delivery

Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions

Effective problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to work on your feet for an 8-hour shift.

Ability to repetitively use hands, wrist, and arms to perform job duties.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of force in order to lift, carry, pull and/or move objects as required.
