Video Editor

We're looking for a full-time Video Editor to join our team in Bali. This is a post-production role, no on-set work required. You'll be editing videos across multiple brand clients, from day-to-day social content to full campaign edits. If you thrive in a high-output environment and genuinely care about the quality of every cut, this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Edit social media content across formats — Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories — for multiple brands simultaneously
• Produce polished campaign videos from raw footage, staying true to each brand's visual identity
• Apply motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to elevate content quality
• Manage project files, raw assets, and deliverable folders in an organized and consistent manner
• Meet turnaround deadlines across concurrent client projects without compromising quality
• Collaborate with the creative and social media team to align edits with brief direction
• Stay current with platform trends, editing styles, and what's actually performing

Requirements

• Based in Bali
• Portfolio showcasing edited videos — social content, campaigns, or branded work
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
• Solid After Effects skills for motion graphics and text animations
• Strong storytelling instincts and a sharp visual sense
• Able to handle 20+ video outputs per week across different briefs
• Fast, organized, and communicates clearly

Nice to Have

• Sound design and audio editing skills
• Color grading experience
• Background in editing performance/paid ad content
