Job Summary We are seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain the training curriculum and knowledge resources for two core audiences: TM App Teachers worldwide, and TM Teachers and national offices that have adopted MFI's integrated business tools (the TM Suite). You will build and maintain training courses, help centers, and training materials for both audiences, keeping them current and effective as MFI's digital products evolve. You will also support national offices through onboarding — helping stakeholders stay aligned and self-sufficient as they adopt MFI's tools. This position requires strong organisation, planning, and verbal/written communication skills.

About You Please only apply for this role if you are a certified Transcendental Meditation teacher. You are driven to help others by sharing knowledge clearly. You enjoy taking complex or technical information and turning it into training that's simple and engaging to follow. You're comfortable with detailed technical concepts and enjoy building structure and organisational systems around them. You are naturally proactive, able to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise well. You communicate clearly with different audiences — teachers, national stakeholders, and internal teams alike — and enjoy building relationships with a multicultural group of stakeholders.
