Civil Engineer (Early Career To Senior Level)

Your tasks

• Bedienung und Führung verschiedener Baumaschinen (z.B. Bagger, Radlader, Planierraupen, Walzen)
• Durchführung von Erdarbeiten, Geländemodellierungen und Planierarbeiten
• Herstellung von Untergründen und Oberflächen für Wege, Plätze und Sportanlagen
• Transport und Verteilung von Materialien wie Erde, Sand, Kies und Substraten
• Regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege der eingesetzten Maschinen und Geräte

Requirements

Is this role right for you? We're looking for people who bring a blend of technical expertise, curiosity and collaboration. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience designing and delivering civil engineering solutions, with a strong technical foundation and a passion for high-quality outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of relevant design standards, legislation and industry guidance, with the ability to apply them effectively in project delivery.
• An understanding of statutory approval processes, including planning, stakeholder engagement and technical approvals.

For Senior and Principal Engineer roles, you'll also bring:

• Experience leading projects, workstreams or teams, driving successful outcomes through effective planning and coordination.
• A passion for developing others through coaching, mentoring and people leadership, helping colleagues thrive and reach their potential.

It would be beneficial if you also have

• Working knowledge of industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Experience using civil engineering design tools such as InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, OpenRoads Designer and Civil 3D.

• A qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience) and a strong track record in the design and delivery of civil engineering projects.
• Chartered, Incorporated, or actively working towards professional accreditation with a relevant institution, such as the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE)
