Job Title: Social Worker - Neighbourhood Location: Trafford Pay Rate: £30 Per Hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Neighbourhood Team based in Trafford.

What will your responsibilities be?

The teams support adults with various needs, including:

Long-term conditions

Preparing for adulthood

Adults at risk due to drug or alcohol abuse

Hoarding behaviour

Dementia

The role is for a skilled and motivational social worker.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting social work assessments and interventions

Using a strength-based and person-centred approach

Additional duties involve:

Responding effectively to safeguarding enquiries

Ensuring compliance with the Care Act and local policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
