Area Supervisor

Key responsibilities

1. Monitor and evaluate performance of each outlet and take corrective actions to improve operational results.
2. Achieve sales targets for all outlets in the area and execute strategies to increase sales
3. Lead, direct, and motivate Outlet Captain and teams to achieve targets and company standards
4. Conduct coaching, provide feedback, and develop leadership capabilities and team performance at each outlet
5. Conduct regular outlet visits to check operational conditions, manpower, service quality, and SOP implementation
6. Identify problems in the area and ensure corrective actions are taken quickly and effectively
7. Analyze sales achievement and outlet performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management
8. Ensure service standards and customer experience are applied consistently across all outlets
9. Coordinate with various departments to support operational efficiency and achievement of area targets
10. Ensure all outlets implement operational SOPs, service standards, sales procedures, and cleanliness according to company standards

About you

1. Minimum education: S1 preferably in Management, Business, Hospitality, or related field
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Area Supervisor, Outlet Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or leadership position in Retail, F&B, or FMCG
3. Experience managing and monitoring multiple outlets in one area
4. Strong leadership and people management capabilities
5. Sales target and business achievement oriented
6. Able to analyze sales performance and operational performance and determine corrective actions
7. Coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities
8. Understanding of and ability to ensure implementation of SOPs and operational standards across all outlets
9. Strong problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
10. Willing to conduct business trips and regular outlet visits within the area of responsibility
11. Able to work independently and collaborate with various divisions
12. Proactive, disciplined, responsible, and results-oriented
