Qualifications/Requirements: Education: College level with at least Bachelor’s or associate degree in management Experience: Preferably with at least 6 months of basic warehouse, stock, or related experience Special Skills: excellent oral and written communication skills numeracy and an understanding of finance for stock management people management skills, including the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team of people, delegate work and explain ideas team working skills planning and organizing skills to effectively manage the flow of stock analytical ability accuracy and attention to detail initiative and decisiveness problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level Personalities of applicant: Presentable Neat and clean Personal Hygiene Optimism Persistency Negotiation Can follow instructions Flexible on work schedule Can work under pressure Critical thinking
