Accountabilities: The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for driving day-to-day product execution, ensuring alignment between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams. This role requires strong ownership of priorities, delivery processes, and product communication.

Own and maintain the product backlog, including user story creation, prioritization, sprint planning, and ongoing refinement in collaboration with engineering teams.

Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done to support consistent, high-quality product delivery.

Act as the primary advocate for customers and business stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring teams focus on the highest-value initiatives.

Engage directly with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, validate priorities, and incorporate feedback into product improvements.

Coordinate release readiness activities across support, sales, customer success, and other relevant teams.

Facilitate product ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning sessions.

Maintain an up-to-date product roadmap that reflects strategic priorities and provides visibility to stakeholders.

Monitor delivery metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and team capacity to identify risks and communicate progress.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and support, to remove blockers and improve execution.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a product professional with strong experience working alongside engineering teams and translating business needs into technical solutions. They should combine product ownership expertise with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role working directly with engineering teams.

Proven experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.

Comfortable working directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand needs and drive product decisions.

Strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on feasibility, tradeoffs, and delivery sequencing.

Familiarity with product delivery metrics and their impact on business outcomes.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and provide clear direction.

Detail-oriented, process-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
