Técnico de Qualidade - QA (Time IA)

Accountabilities: As a Quality Assurance Technician focused on AI solutions, you will be responsible for validating software functionality, improving testing processes, and ensuring the quality of AI-driven products. You will analyze requirements, create structured test scenarios, and work closely with teams to identify and resolve issues.

Perform functional testing on web-based systems and AI agents.

Analyze product requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.

Create test plans, test scripts, and detailed testing documentation.

Execute test cases and validate expected system behavior.

Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the development lifecycle.

Evaluate AI functionalities to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability.

Support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.

Collaborate with development and product teams in an agile environment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in software quality assurance and an interest in artificial intelligence technologies. You should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly while working independently and collaboratively.

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications.

Familiarity with API testing and integrations.

Knowledge of MongoDB or similar database technologies.

Understanding of Prompt Engineering practices.

Basic knowledge of vector databases and AI data structures.

Experience with agile methodologies.

Knowledge of software testing techniques and quality assurance practices.

Ability to create structured test scenarios and validation strategies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive mindset with autonomy, accountability, and strong problem-solving abilities.
