Accountabilities: Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI-driven security services, threat intelligence, threat research, and security automation.

Design AI-powered security architectures spanning detection, investigation, response, remediation, reporting, and managed service workflows.

Build intelligent threat intelligence and research platforms capable of collecting, correlating, enriching, and analyzing information from diverse sources.

Develop autonomous threat research agents, security copilots, investigative assistants, and AI-enabled workflows that support analysts, threat hunters, and incident responders.

Architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), enterprise security knowledge systems, intelligent orchestration, and automated decision-support capabilities.

Establish standards and governance for LLMs, SLMs, embeddings, agentic AI frameworks, model evaluation, observability, lifecycle management, responsible AI, and security controls.

Evaluate AI models and technologies based on accuracy, reliability, explainability, security, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Design cloud-based and air-gapped AI deployments that can support enterprise customers with different regulatory and security requirements.

Transform managed security services by automating threat detection, alert analysis, investigations, reporting, compliance monitoring, and client communications.

Create reusable automation and orchestration frameworks that improve operational efficiency, response times, consistency, and service quality at scale.

Partner with product engineering and product services teams to introduce AI-enabled security offerings and streamline the implementation and management of security products and services.

Collaborate with security operations, threat intelligence, engineering, managed services, sales, and executive stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Monitor success through improvements in automation, investigation effort, MTTD, MTTR, threat research efficiency, service margins, client satisfaction, and autonomous security capabilities.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in systems architecture and security operations, including extensive experience leading enterprise-scale architecture or security operations organizations.

Proven experience deploying AI, machine learning, LLMs, agentic systems, or automation technologies in production environments.

Strong background designing enterprise-scale systems architectures, security automation platforms, and intelligent security workflows.

Demonstrated ability to work directly with enterprise security leaders, executive stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional technology teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.

Strong expertise with LLMs, SLMs, generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, RAG, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, governance, and AI observability.

Technical proficiency in Python, API integration, automation, workflow orchestration, vector databases, embedding models, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, threat research, incident response, vulnerability intelligence, and security automation.

Ability to establish practical AI governance and responsible AI controls while balancing innovation, security, reliability, and operational requirements.

Strong strategic thinking, architecture leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate emerging AI technologies into scalable, measurable solutions that deliver tangible improvements for customers and internal teams.

Preferred professional certifications include CISSP, CISA, CISM, AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft Security certifications, or relevant AI/ML certifications.

Salary: General U.S. salary range of $125,000–$180,000 , with actual compensation based on factors including location, skills, and relevant professional experience.
