Accountabilities: The Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst will be responsible for managing financial planning processes, building models, and delivering insights that help business leaders make informed decisions. The role requires strong ownership of financial outputs, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage technology and AI tools while maintaining high analytical standards.

Own financial models and reporting cycles for a portfolio of clients, including actuals, budgets, and rolling forecasts.

Build and maintain standardized, connected Excel models following best practices for financial modeling.

Review and oversee model updates, using AI tools to accelerate variance analysis, reporting preparation, and financial commentary while ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Create dashboards and executive-ready reporting materials to support urgent business needs and long-term reporting improvements.

Deliver actual versus budget versus forecast analysis with clear business narratives, highlighting insights, implications, and recommended actions.

Partner with CFOs, business leaders, and clients as a trusted financial advisor, identifying key questions and opportunities for improvement.

Work with centralized data environments, identifying data quality issues and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve them.

Continuously improve technical and analytical skills to enhance the quality of financial services delivered.

Manage multiple priorities across different clients and industries, with a focus on SaaS businesses.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a finance professional with strong FP&A experience, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders. They should be comfortable working with modern analytics tools, managing multiple projects, and operating in a fast-paced environment.

3 to 6 years of professional experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role.

Proven experience building financial models from scratch using Microsoft Excel.

Experience using AI tools within financial modeling, analysis, or reporting workflows, with openness to formal AI learning and certification.

Experience creating client-facing dashboards, reporting packages, or executive presentations.

Familiarity with modern BI platforms such as AWS QuickSight is considered a strong advantage.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders or clients simultaneously, with strong prioritization and organization skills.

Solid understanding of US GAAP and core financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Professional proficiency in English.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Ability to work US business hours, with at least six hours of daily overlap.

Experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred.
