Manager, Transformation Analytics

Accountabilities: As the Manager, Transformation Analytics, you will support enterprise transformation initiatives by developing advanced analytics capabilities, building data-driven solutions, and delivering insights that guide strategic decisions. You will work across finance, workforce planning, technology, and business functions to identify opportunities and enable measurable improvements.

Design, build, and maintain analytical capabilities that evaluate financial and non-financial performance across the enterprise.

Develop data-driven solutions to identify transformation opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

Build and enhance platforms that connect workforce, financial, and operational data to improve business visibility.

Create and maintain financial and operational baselines to evaluate initiatives, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Develop management reporting capabilities through data mining, analysis, visualization, and automated workflows.

Analyze complex datasets to answer critical business questions and provide recommendations to senior leaders.

Lead cross-functional analytics projects from initial discovery through execution, insight generation, and executive communication.

Develop business cases, value capture models, and strategic recommendations for transformation initiatives.

Manage analytical tools, data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions to deliver scalable insights.

Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and subject matter experts to define data requirements and improve analytical capabilities.

Present findings, insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders while influencing strategic decisions.

Operate independently by managing priorities, identifying risks, coordinating stakeholders, and driving complex initiatives forward.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategic thinker with strong analytical expertise and the ability to translate complex information into actionable business outcomes. You should have experience applying data science, statistical modeling, and visualization techniques while collaborating with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Doctorate degree, or a Master’s degree with relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with significant experience in data science, analytics, statistics, engineering, computer science, business analytics, or related fields.

Strong experience in data science, business analytics, data mining, applied mathematics, statistics, or related disciplines.

Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.

Experience using data libraries, AI/ML tools, and modern analytical technologies.

Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, mathematical analysis, and working with both structured and unstructured datasets.

Experience processing, transforming, and analyzing large volumes of complex data from multiple sources.

Experience automating data workflows, developing reporting layers, and building scalable analytical solutions.

Experience creating dashboards and visualization solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, Alteryx, or similar platforms.

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve ambiguous problems and provide clear recommendations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a newly established, innovation-focused environment where processes and capabilities are being built.

Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is preferred.
