Manager, Systems Success
Accountabilities Share best practices across assigned venues and help local teams implement sales, service, marketing, and systems playbooks effectively.
Drive user adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Outreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, reporting tools, lead distribution processes, campaign platforms, and other commercial workflows.
Partner with sales leadership to support execution, strengthen local accountability, and align systems usage with revenue objectives.
Collaborate with Revenue Systems and Data teams to identify recurring technical issues, training gaps, and opportunities to improve processes.
Empower local teams to use centralized tools independently, reducing reliance on central support for routine activities.
Deliver practical enablement through training sessions, office hours, user documentation, and follow-up support.
Monitor adoption gaps, process confusion, and breakdowns in service delivery, escalating concerns and recommending corrective actions.
Maintain and manage the systems documentation and training repository to ensure consistent enablement across venues and clients.
Provide hands-on support for sales and marketing campaign execution, particularly where system configuration, setup, or usage requires additional assistance.
Requirements:
3–5 years of successful experience in revenue generation, systems enablement, or a related field, ideally within premium seating, sports, entertainment, hospitality, venue operations, or B2B sales.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; a master's degree is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics related to sales technology adoption, systems usage, or commercial outcomes.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales technology tools to manage pipelines, maintain accurate records, and generate performance reports.
Previous experience supporting partner success, relationship management, or cross-functional collaboration.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, process improvement, user education, and stakeholder support.
Benefits:
Annual salary: $91,300–$118,600 USD.
Bonus eligibility in addition to base salary.
