Accountabilities Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders, helping shape and execute people-management strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead the people-management agenda for assigned business functions and facilitate discussions around organizational priorities, talent, performance, and employee matters.

Identify high-potential and key employees, develop talent plans, support succession planning, and identify opportunities for career progression and cross-functional development.

Build strong, credible relationships with internal stakeholders and proactively identify organizational gaps, people risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Drive enterprise talent-management processes throughout the year, supporting employee growth, organizational development, and business performance.

Develop and implement talent and people programs tailored to business needs while maintaining alignment with broader HR practices, policies, and standards.

Partner with HR subject-matter experts across talent acquisition, talent development, HR operations, benefits, compliance, policy, and people data to deliver effective solutions throughout the employee lifecycle.

Manage complex HR initiatives and change-management projects, including related communications and organizational adoption activities.

Provide guidance on HR policies, employment practices, local regulations, and best practices while balancing organizational requirements with employee needs.

Support employees as a knowledgeable, empathetic, and service-oriented point of contact, helping resolve complex issues and achieve positive outcomes.

Monitor organizational culture and employee sentiment, identify emerging concerns, and proactively recommend appropriate interventions.

Bring business and employee feedback to HR specialists to continuously improve people programs and future program development.

Communicate complex or sensitive HR information clearly and effectively to employees and leaders.

Maintain strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly across multiple competing initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience partnering with business leaders in a global HR capacity, with exposure to areas such as payroll, benefits, DEI, performance management, talent management, and employee development.

Professional HR experience supporting employees and organizations in both the United States and Mexico.

Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, applicable laws, and organizational best practices.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Strong business acumen with the ability to establish credibility, trust, and effective partnerships at all organizational levels.

Excellent consultative, communication, influencing, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities, including organizational diagnosis and development of practical solutions.

Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments where priorities may shift frequently.

Strong independent judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and ethical decision-making skills.

A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to balance enterprise-wide priorities with local business and employee needs.

Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong organizational and execution skills.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

GPHR certification strongly desired.

Ability to work effectively across onsite, remote, and hybrid environments using video conferencing, collaboration platforms, and proactive communication practices.

Candidates should be comfortable maintaining a professional presence in virtual meetings and collaborating effectively across geographically distributed teams.
