Full Stack Developer RD-020

Accountabilities Design, develop, test, and deploy new product features, enhancements, and technical improvements.

Contribute to technical decisions and the ongoing evolution of the application architecture.

Build solutions that meet high standards for performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to understand requirements, identify challenges, and implement effective technical solutions.

Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, prioritization, and other Agile development activities.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain development quality and consistency.

Share technical knowledge and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

Help continuously improve development practices, tools, workflows, and the CI/CD environment.

Use AI-powered development tools responsibly to increase productivity, improve code quality, and support innovation.

Stay informed about emerging technologies, software engineering practices, and industry trends relevant to the product.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and development processes through proactive ideas and technical recommendations.

Requirements

Education in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

3–5 years of professional software development experience.

Strong hands-on proficiency with Node.js and React .

Solid understanding of modern software development practices and version control using Git .

Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Professional proficiency in both French and English , written and spoken.

Familiarity with TypeScript, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, ESLint, or Cursor is an asset.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.

Ability to work autonomously while remaining collaborative and engaged in technical discussions.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

Interest in continuously improving software products, engineering processes, and development practices.

Benefits

Competitive base salary of CAD $85,000–$90,000 , depending on experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
