Accountabilities:
Maintain the stability and performance of production systems, ensuring reliability and availability.
Perform system maintenance, improvements, and continuous optimizations.
Develop and implement software solutions using PHP, Python, VueJS, and React.
Build and enhance products using Laravel and Lumen frameworks.
Create new solutions based on microservices architecture and scalable development practices.
Develop high-availability code with a focus on quality and performance.
Implement unit testing practices to ensure software reliability.
Use Docker for development environment containerization.
Manage code versioning and collaboration workflows through Git.
Work with Jira and agile methodologies to organize, track, and deliver development activities.
Requirements:
Professional experience with PHP development and strong knowledge of software engineering practices.
Experience working with the Laravel framework.
Experience integrating systems through APIs.
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies such as VueJS and React.
Ability to collaborate effectively, building trust and positive relationships within teams.
Adaptability to challenges and changing priorities while maintaining focus on results.
Ownership mindset, taking responsibility for decisions, tasks, and deliveries.
Ability to anticipate problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose effective solutions.
Customer-oriented approach, understanding needs and delivering solutions with excellence.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative and practical solutions.
Experience working in startup environments is a plus.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases and Docker is considered an advantage.
