Data Analyst

Accountabilities Analyze operational and product data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.

Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and alerts that enable teams to make informed business decisions.

Collaborate with operations, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to solve complex data challenges and improve operational performance.

Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics aligned with business objectives.

Translate complex datasets into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Apply analytical techniques to evaluate performance patterns, conduct trend analysis, and support data-driven initiatives.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytics solutions.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or related fields.

Strong SQL skills with experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets.

Hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar analytics platforms.

Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, including hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and data interpretation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
