Accountabilities The Account Director - Enterprise will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing enterprise opportunities, and managing strategic sales cycles through a consultative and value-based approach. Key responsibilities include:

Drive new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting, outbound activities, marketing-generated leads, and partner referrals.

Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline through self-sourced opportunities and collaboration with business development, marketing, alliances, and customer success teams.

Own the complete sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, solution positioning, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.

Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and align solutions with strategic objectives.

Develop compelling business cases, proposals, and SaaS agreements tailored to customer needs.

Identify opportunities for account expansion, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with evolving customer requirements.

Apply consultative selling techniques to communicate business value and differentiate solutions in competitive environments.

Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity updates, forecasting, and sales activity tracking to support data-driven decision-making.

Conduct discovery sessions, research customer environments, and deliver presentations that demonstrate measurable business outcomes.

Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles while ensuring effective collaboration across internal teams.

Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers by acting as a strategic advisor throughout the buying journey.

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through effective territory planning, opportunity management, and execution.

Demonstrate sales excellence by promoting accountability, professionalism, and collaborative selling practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with a proven ability to acquire new customers, manage complex deals, and deliver consistent revenue growth in technology-driven environments. Required qualifications include:

5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on enterprise new business development.

Proven success exceeding sales quotas through net-new customer acquisition and strategic account growth.

Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate pipeline, and close complex enterprise agreements.

Strong hunter mentality with the ability to independently drive outbound sales initiatives.

Experience selling SaaS, cloud-based solutions, enterprise software, or financial technology platforms.

Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and multi-threaded sales cycles.

Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.

Experience using sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar structured approaches.

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology solutions to customer challenges and strategic goals.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience collaborating with marketing, product, pre-sales, business development, and strategic partner teams.

Strong CRM discipline and experience managing sales forecasting processes.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales, business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in SaaS, corporate performance management (CPM), enterprise performance management (EPM), or financial software is an advantage.

Willingness to travel as needed, potentially up to 50% or more, for customer meetings and company events.
