Wymagane:E-Commerce
- Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA/SMK), preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience as an E-Commerce Admin or in online sales is a plus
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing orders, sales reports, inventory, and product data
- Able to manage product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, stock availability, and promotional updates
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with the warehouse, production, customer service, and marketing teams
- Able to handle order processing, shipping coordination, returns, and customer inquiries when needed
- Willing to learn about healthy food products, dietary catering, traditional herbal drinks (jamu), and nutritious baby food
- Understands the importance of product freshness, expiry dates, proper storage, and accurate product information, especially for food and baby products
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new systems and e-commerce trends
