Your tasks

We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable Tandem Truck Driver to haul aggregates to construction sites, commercial projects, and customers. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tandem axle dump truck to transport aggregates, gravel, sand, rock, and other construction materials.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load and deliver materials safely and efficiently to customer and job site locations.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery tickets, and inspection records.
• Follow all transportation regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel.
• Keep equipment clean and report maintenance requirements promptly.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3A driver's licence.
• Clean driver's abstract.
• Previous experience hauling aggregates or operating dump trucks preferred.
• Knowledge of local roads, construction sites, and safe hauling practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
