SAP FICO Consultant (S4HANA)

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support Finance and Controlling teams in SAP S4HANA. The role includes daily support, system improvements, configuration, and participation in Finance transformation projects.

Daily tasks

• Provide SAP FICO support for Finance and Controlling users in S4HANA
• Configure, test, and document changes in FICO areas (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centres, Internal Orders)
• Support S4HANA rollouts and Finance transformation projects
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and support process improvements
• Prepare documentation and support user training

Requirements

・Strong experience with SAP FICO (ECC and/or S4HANA) ・Hands-on knowledge of FI/CO modules: GL, AR, AP, AA, CCA, PCA, IO, TR ・Experience with S4HANA functionalities (Universal Journal, Fiori) ・Good communication and stakeholder management skills ・Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment Nice to have: ・Experience with MM/SD integration ・Knowledge of AI/Generative AI or SAP Public Cloud Finance solutions
