Accounts & Audit Executive (Junior to Senior Level)

Key Responsibilities Assisting with or leading external audit assignments, depending on experience level

Supporting the preparation of financial statements and management accounts

Assisting with bookkeeping, VAT returns, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks

Liaising with clients and supporting their day-to-day accounting and compliance requirements

Working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality client service

Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines

Keeping up to date with accounting, audit, and regulatory developments

Requirements Interest in pursuing a career in accounting and audit

Previous experience in accounting, finance, audit, or administration is considered an asset, but not essential for junior applicants

Candidates studying towards an accounting qualification, qualified professionals, or experienced auditors/accountants are all encouraged to apply

Fluent in both English and Maltese

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good organisational and communication skills

Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
