Systems Executive (Open to Fresh Grad) Job Description To attend to all users’ fault reports on L3IVCS system; To liaise with all Telco and oversea telephone linesproviders for all telephone lines faults on L3IVCS system; To liaise with system contractor that lines to L3IVCSsystem, To log down all fault resolutions on L3IVCS logging files; To assist Air traffic controllers for all audio recording playback; Qualifications Min Engineering Diploma in Electrical & Electronic /Mechatronics / Computing Knowledge of IVCS / VCS systems Familiarity with audio recording and playback systems Basic knowledge of IP networking, System fault isolation and troubleshooting Familiarity with fault management and logging procedures Class 3 driving license Interested applicants, please send your updated resume MS Word to hres@itcspl.com.
