BIM Coordinator

You will play a crucial role in transforming design concepts into tangible realities, working on-site to ensure seamless integration and execution. Responsibilities: Lead BIM implementation and coordination efforts across various engineering disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP).

Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and other industry-standard software, ensuring adherence to project standards and specifications.

Perform clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks , proactively identifying and addressing potential conflicts.

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to facilitate effective information exchange and problem-solving.

Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards within the organization.

Ensure all project documentation and deliverables comply with BIM execution plans.

Skills & Technologies: You will be a master of BIM methodologies, proficient in Revit , and possess a solid foundation in Engineering principles. Experience with BIM 360 , Navisworks , and AutoCAD is highly valued. Your expertise in architectural, structural, and MEP modeling, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, will be key to your success.

Experience in Construction Management practices and project lifecycle.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a BIM-focused role within the engineering or construction sector.

Demonstrated history of successfully coordinating BIM models on large-scale projects.
